Hensa has been offering experience services on the water for more than 60 years. On the one hand through the Lago Marina in Altendorf and on the other hand through the shipping company in Rapperswil.
We are looking to strengthen our team in the HENSA Lago Marina with a bright, team-oriented and, above all, competent Customer Advisor Administration.
You are part of our sales and office teams and develop new and existing customer relationships. You prepare the offers, follow up the customer contacts and prepare the invoices. You also support the management.
Tasks:
- Quotations and contract processing
- Ordering and contracting
- Contacting potential customers
- Planning and implementation of marketing measures
- Plan and participate in boat shows
- Customer advice around the boat
Prerequisites:
- Completed commercial training (E- or M-profile)
- Eloquent in German and English, others an advantage
- Interest in boats & leisure activities
- High customer and sales orientation
- ERP Software Abacus experience an advantage
- Outgoing and communicative personality
- Resilience and flexibility
- Experienced handling of MS Office
- Ideal age from 30 years
